One important step towards getting better is being consistent in your pursuit for daily improvement.  What’s a great way to do this?  Sign up for newsletters from websites and people that you feel provide great advice.

One newsletter I receive on a frequent basis is from Shauna Mackenzie, an image consultant in South Carolina.  Her company, Mackenzie Image Consulting, is always providing great advice that anyone can learn from.  In a recent newsletter, she sent out this video that I thought would be very beneficial for other people.  You do not have to be in business to learn from this video!!
